Employee First-Time Log In

Existing Employees with a Network ID

Your LancerPoint account is already activated, but you should set up security questions before logging in for the first time:

1 SET UP Security Questions
Establish security questions and answers so you can reset/change your password 24/7 online. No more walking to the Helpdesk to reset or change your password!

2 LOG IN to LancerPoint
Your current network ID and password will work to log in to LancerPoint.

New Employees or Existing Employees without a Network ID

Your account must be activated before you can log in.

1 ACTIVATE Your Account
Activate your LancerPoint account through the LancerPoint Account Manager.

2 LOG IN to PCC Web Mail
This is a one-time only setup requirement, after this you will be able to access email through LancerPoint.
